Cyberview Resort & Spa ★★★★★

The surrounding, setup of the resort and really brings out the relaxing and resort mood. The superior room is great, nice setup, wonderful interior, nice bed.

The deluxe room maybe need a revamp to moder style like the superior. paying more for deluxe but no bathtub compare to superior type which have more modern and nicer interior with bath tub, a bit seems less good. Even the tv also old school with not so clear visual of the tv. The superior room, would be great to put a stopper at the sliding door for the toilet, and provide some shower gel for bath tub usage too.

Very stingy with towels & only limit to 2 towels only. Poolside towel also limit & no staff on site to assist. Also no face towel provided in room.

It was a fun time for the children. The resort has lovely pools and a natural environment.

The mattress is not that comfortable. Its just too soft and not suitable for elderly as it may cause back problem. Breakfast is just on average level especially the sambal for nasi lemak. Aircond temperature in one of the room that we stay is not adjustable.

The staffs were courteous and helpful. The resort has a good vibe i.e. by being there just feel going on vacation. The chalet was clean and well-kept. The resort has all the amenities that is expected like in the 5-stars resort. The breakfast provided has so many choices from continental, to Indian, malay and chinese options.

Mosquitoes do bite but the hotel did provide mosquito repellant.

All of it! Personally i really like the breakfast! Very tasty and just like 5 star resort. Good job to the chef and his team. You need to include breakfast in your room rate! Will not regret it! It was like house, not like apartment or other hotel room type. The room was excellent design. Its very unique, the bathroom, the bathtub and many other. It beyond my expectation. When I was told that only twin bed room available, in my mind it was 2 single bed but it was wrong! 1 single 1 double! It very spacious! The enviroment was very refreshing, went we enter the resort already forget it was in cyberjaya The swimming pool was spacious! Has 3 level of pool. Don't smell any clorine, feel very natural. For me and my wife staying 3D2N wasn't enough to satisfy us. Will come back!! P/S: The staff at receptionist and Verandah restaurant was very polite! The staff name AIN at receptionist was very polite and help me with my problem with good attitude. Also the manager/supervisor (sorry don't has his name) at verandah restaurant always giving a smile. The waitress at verandah also very polite and aware of cust needs.

First the key card access. We only given 1 card, and by my mistake we left it in the room, and need to go to the lobby for asking other key card. But the staff still very polite to give me other key card. I will credit her name in "what did you like box". So for me at least 2 key card need to give to the cust. The cleanliness at the balcony, spot lizard shit at the chair. But maybe because of my late booking this happen. So for me it was forgiven. Some furniture need maintenance. The bathroom door can't lock at challet 200 because 1 leaf was broken, it was not the lockset but the leaf. So hope the hotel cant look to this matter. Just this few small problem. But all of this can be fogiven because of others great experience I had went check in this resort!

Perfect swimming pool, green areas and nice view from the balcony, as well as a good size bed. The breakfast had a good variety, but could add some Mediterranean food.

Sometimes we could smell the sewage.

cleanliness of the room is really bad. They was blood stain on our bedsheet. the bath tub was full of soap residue and it edges clearly was not cleaned for a long time. the end of mattress smells really2 bad. the carpet was not vacuum or cleaned for quite sometimes. when the housekeeper open up the sofa bed, you can clearly see the dust and stains on it.

Loved the pool. And the breakfast is great. Big spacious room.

They messed up my reservation. That alone dampened my mood for the day. The bed mattress needs changing. I think its too old that you get sunk in into the mattress. It actually makes u uncomfortable and i had a back pain that night. And then at the pool bar, the last time i stayed there they were selling iced kacang ABC , fries etc there. Now they dont, just a bar selling alcohol drinks. What a disappointment. I can see 90% of your guests are malays. We dont need a bar there. We need snacks and coffee,tea and ABC.

From 50 hotels that i stay in this 3 years, i think this is THE BEST! Swimming pool is superb. All staff from security guard, front office, restaurant, housekeeping all well trained. Will come again here soon....

pool quite far from my room. No signage board. Should have one large signagr board or map since the area is so large. I was looking around for the pool and lost my self

The resort-style ambience, the tranquility even though it is situated in Cyberjaya really make us love this resort. Very suitable for relaxation and rejuvenation.
